International Plowing Match & Rural Expo 2017

September 21st – 23rd, 2017

3 – Day Tour  

This year we invite you to travel with us to the IPM 2017, which is being held in Walton, Huron County, Ontario.  This year is the 100th International Plowing Match and Rural Expo (IPM). This event has always received national recognition and draws agriculturists from all parts of Ontario as well as some of the best plowmen from around the world. With all the attractions and events at the IPM and the charm of St. Jacob’s Farmers Market & Outlets there is something for everyone.

Itinerary Details

Day 1 Cornwall – St. Jacob’s, ON Our journey takes us west on the 401 today to the St. Jacobs area where we will check our hotel for the next two nights. Dinner tonight at the Stonecrock. (D)

Day 2 Walton, ON Breakfast included this morning before we leave for IPM. A full day will be spent on the grounds of Tent City and we will be staying until it closes at 5:00 P.M. There is no chance of being bored, with all of the events, great exhibitions and shows to see. This will be a fun-packed day.  This evening after the IPM, we will have a great dinner at Anna Mae’s. Day 3 St. Jacob’s – Cornwall Breakfast is included again today.  Following check-out this morning, we will head for the nearby farmers Market and sale barns at St. Jacob’s with time for shopping and lunch.  This afternoon finds us making our way back home. (B)
