Itinerary Details

  • September 24th Memphis TN. Hotel Stay. Welcome to the Home of the Blues, the birthplace of Rock ‘n Roll and at your host hotel in the heart of Memphis. Enjoy this pre-night at leisure
  • September 25th Memphis TN. Full American breakfast followed by transfer to the American Queen Steamboat this afternoon. All guests are invited to join a premium pre-cruise shore excursion (cost TBA) at 10:00 AM for an exclusive adventure through Memphis’ highlights before continuing to the American Queen dock at 3:00 PM. Settle into your suite on board this luxurious vessel for your cruise of a lifetime!
  • September 26th Greenville MS. Located on the banks of Lake Fergusson, Greenville is at the very heart and soul of Mississippi Delta. It is the birthplace of blues legend B.B. King, and the town is well known for their exceptional gardens. Greenville has birthed and abundance of writers and authors. Get ready to loose your heart to the southern charm and soul of Greenville!
  • September 27th Vicksburg, MS. Discover a unique blend of old and new in Vicksburg, Mississippi. Take in the diversity from Vicksburg National Military Park to the Waterways Experiment Station. All accessible by your hop on hop off steamcoach. Billed as the “Red Carpet City of the South”, Southern hospitality is alive and well and awaiting your arrival!
  • September 28th Natchez, MS. Step into the plantation lifestyle of the antebellum south in Natchez, site of numerous restored mansions. Visit historic Jefferson College, or just amble down the Natchez Trace. All accessible via your hop on hop off steamcoach.
  • September 29th St. Francisville, LA. This quaint town located on the bluffs of the Mississippi River is your window to the past. With over 140 buildings on the National Register, beautiful plantation homes nestled in the rolling countryside, and bustling Main Street shops, you’ll find plenty to keep you on the go in St. Francisville. Access this charming town with your hop on hop off steamcoach.
  • September 30th Baton Rouge, LA. The capital of Louisiana, Baton Rouge is the centre of all the great things the state has to offer. Visitors delight in the seamless blend of past and present, experiencing authentic Louisiana at every turn. With its semi-tropical climate, the outdoors is tempting and the attractions abound. Once again, Baton Rouge is accessible via your hop on hop off steamcoach.
  • October 1st Nottoway, LA. Nottoway is the South’s largest and most glorious remaining Antebellum mansion with a rich history dating back to 1859. With it’s lovely gardens and two hundred-year-old oak trees, this “white castle” will be a fascinating stop.
  • October 2nd New Orleans. This morning we tie up in New Orleans near historic Jackson Square and bid your ship and crew adieu.
