Branson Christmas (November 12–21, 2012)
BRANSON “CHRISTMAS MAGIC”
November 12th – 21st, 2012
10 Day Tour
“Christmas Branson Style” Words do not adequately express the feeling of being in the Ozark Mountains at this special time of year. The lights, the music, the choreography, and the people all combined make this a magical experience. Christmas in Branson has become almost their busiest time of year and it is one of our favorite times to take you. You can bank on a “Jolly Good Time.” We have selected the shows based on client opinions on past Branson tours, and then we have added a few special touches.
Day 1 Cornwall-Windsor, Ontario: Excitement is in the air as we begin our journey to the Ozark town of Branson. We head southwest to the Windsor border and will stay in Windsor tonight at Caesar’s Windsor.
Day 2 Windsor, Ontario – Fenton, Missouri: Today we cross what is known as the prairie states dropping down to St. Louis, the gateway to the West. Overnight will be in Fenton, MO.
Day 3-7 Branson: Well folks this is it. We’ll have lunch in Springfield. Early afternoon will find us touring the streets of Branson with the sights and sounds of Christmas everywhere. This year’s shows are a combination of new & old with an extra day allowing you choice one evening. Shoji Tabucci, Oak Ridge Boys, Daniel O’Donnel, Dixie Stampede, Presleys, Duttons, and Mickey Gilley is the stellar lineup this year. One afternoon, you will have choice to take the Branson train out into the Ozarks, or visit either The Butterfly conservatory or the Titanic Museum. There is just so much for you to do and see, and you can be assured that there will be nothing but moments and evenings of excitement, with toe-tapping, hand-clapping music and more. To top it all off, you’ll be staying at the lovely Hotel Grand Victorian, so central to everything in Branson. Come with us and let’s get the season off to a great start.
Day 8 Branson – Collinsville, Il.: We start our homeward journey today, but the excitement of 4 nights of shows will remain forever and Christmas will be even more special this year. St. Louis has always been classified as the place where the American West began. You have choice in St Louis today to take the ride to the top of the arch, or take in one of two theatre presentations at the arch. It is a short drive to our overnight hotel on the outskirts of St Louis tonight.
Day 8 Collinsville – Monroe: We’ll take a different route this morning traveling across the centre part of Indiana to Indianapolis, and then due north to Monroe Michigan for our overnight stay.
Day 9 Monroe – Cornwall: Stopping at the duty free shop before crossing back into Canada, we expect the tour to arrive in Cornwall early this evening.
