6 Day Tour
Quaint villages, seafood shacks, lighthouses, ponds and bays, ocean beaches, Kennedy Legacy, and charm to spare. Cape Cod is all of this and more. We will visit both resort islands of Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard with the final day on the Eastern Seaboard in The English colony city of Boston. Join us for an informative and fun-filled six days, complete with superb dining and attractions.

Day 1 Cornwall-Cape Cod. Our journey takes us through the Green Mountains of Vermont and the state of New Hampshire to Cape Cod for our four-night stay in Nantucket, located right on Nantucket Sound. Look forward to delightful dining at our hotel tonight. (D)
Day 2 Old Cape Cod. It has a magical ring to it, but it’s more than just magic. It’s a feeling of being romanced from an era of days gone by. Our local guide will take us on a tour through Hyannis, visiting the John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum, the Kennedy Memorial and Korean War Memorial, and Hyannis port. See Francis Xavier Church which was the summer parish of the Kennedy Family, and visit Sandwich, the oldest town on Cape Cod. Look forward to dinner at a great Steak and Seafood Restaurant tonight. Day 3 Today is devoted to the resort island of Nantucket, accessed by a one-hour ferry ride across the sound. Enjoy your Nantucket Island Tour. The island is home to over 800 meticulously restored pre-Civil war homes and at one time served as the whaling capital of the world from 1690 to the 1800s. Enjoy your free time browsing, shopping with independent lunch. Look forward to dinner at a great Italian Restaurant tonight. (B, D)
Day 4 Today is devoted to the resort island of Martha’s Vineyard, accessed by a one-hour ferry ride. We’ll take a local sightseeing tour through Vineyard Haven, have time for lunch and shopping in Edgartown, and finish with time in Oak Bluffs, the part of Martha’s Vineyard known for its brightly painted cottages and decorative gingerbread trim. Fabulous dinner at a local seafood restaurant tonight (B, D)
Day 5 Cape-Cod-Boston, Andover MA. It is a short drive this morning back into the city of Boston. You will spend the day in the heart of the city, Faneuil Square. There is time for shopping and strolling (weather permitting) at Quincy Market, a favourite meeting place of Bostonians. A narrated Trolley Tour of downtown Boston is included. Just a few miles out of the core of Boston in Andover will be where we overnight this evening. (B)
Day 6 Andover, MA -Cornwall. Today you are homeward bound. Our route has us travelling back through the White Mountains of New Hampshire with a stop at a NH Liquor and Wine Outlet. Lunch will be in Vermont with expected time of arrival back to Cornwall approximately 6:00 PM. (B)
